Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Zevorify. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your product, we’re here to assist.

Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

Cancellations
Order Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we begin processing your order and cannot guarantee cancellation.

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Refund Policy after the item is delivered.

To request a cancellation within the allowed timeframe, please email support@zevorify.com with your order number and “CANCEL” in the subject line.



Refunds

Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Returned items must meet our eligibility criteria (unused, in original packaging). Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may be rejected.

Refunds, if approved, will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

Important: Please do not return items without first contacting our support team. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.


Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items:
We cannot offer refunds on items that:

- Have been opened, used, or tampered with

- Are returned without original packaging

- Are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions

Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges & Replacements

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

If you receive a defective item, please email us at support@zevorify.com within 7 days of delivery with a clear photo or video of the damage, along with your order number.

If approved, we will send a replacement of the same item.
We do not offer exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect.

Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning an item. These costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) may be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost or undelivered. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.
