I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average transit times: 7 - 12 business days

    Delivery time estimates are approximate and may vary based on factors outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions.

    Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Zevorify is not liable for delays, loss, or failed delivery caused by the carrier.

    We are not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for contacting the courier and filing a claim.


WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may ship from different fulfillment centers worldwide, as our product research team sources quality yet affordable products globally.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need assistance tracking your order, please visit our tracking page.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct information. Notify us immediately through our contact page or support@zevorify.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct it within 24 hours.

We cannot guarantee address changes after 24 hours or once your order has shipped.

If the item is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for locating, resending, or refunding the order.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, around 1 in 1000 products may arrive damaged due to mail service mishandling.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

- Your order number

- Clear photo(s) of the damaged item

- The packaging it arrived in

Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement free of charge.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Zevorify is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. We do not refund or reship orders in these cases.

We recommend shipping to a secure address where someone can receive the package.
