5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary based on location, courier service, and other factors. Once your order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by the shipping provider or incorrect address details submitted by the customer.

Important: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier but not received, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier.

10. Subscription Terms
Some Zevorify products may be offered through a Subscription plan, where your selected payment method will be automatically charged at a recurring frequency chosen by you (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days), until you cancel.

By opting into a subscription at checkout, you authorize Zevorify to automatically charge your card before each shipment using the payment method you provided at the time of enrollment, without requiring additional approval.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE ENROLLED IN THE SUBSCRIPTION PLAN AND HAVE PROVIDED A VALID PAYMENT METHOD, YOU UNDERSTAND THAT EACH CHARGE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY PROCESSED ON A RECURRING BASIS UNTIL YOU CANCEL.

Managing or Canceling Your Subscription:
You may cancel or update your subscription at any time by contacting support@zevorify.com or logging into your customer account.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date to avoid being charged.

Failed Payments & Collection:
If your payment fails, we reserve the right to retry the payment for up to 30 days. We may contact you via the phone number or email you provided to request updated payment information.

If payment remains unresolved and products have already been received, your account may be sent to collections. In such cases, you may be liable for associated collection costs, legal fees, and administrative expenses.

No Refunds for Subscription Renewals:
Subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. It is your responsibility to manage or cancel the subscription prior to the next billing date.
